If you need support of that kind, we encourage you to consult an appropriately qualified professional.

Coaching may explore sensitive topics, and you may decline to discuss anything at any time.

No guarantee of results

Coaching outcomes depend on many factors, including your own engagement and circumstances. While we bring experience, care, and evidence-informed methods to every engagement, we cannot and do not guarantee specific results.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your own choices, actions, and results, and for any decisions you make during or after our work together. You agree to provide accurate information and to take part in good faith. Coaching works best when you take ownership of the process.

Scheduling, payment, and cancellation

Session length, fees, payment terms, and cancellation or rescheduling policies are agreed with you before an engagement begins and form part of your agreement with us. Please give as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule, so the time can be offered to someone else. Fees paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or we agree otherwise in writing.

Confidentiality

We treat the content of coaching conversations as confidential and will not share it without your consent, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent serious harm.

Acceptable use of the website

You agree to use this website lawfully. You may not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, copy or scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful or harmful purpose.

Intellectual property

The content on this website, and any materials we share during an engagement (text, images, logos, frameworks, exercises, and design), belong to Liminal Coaching or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
