The Fall gratitude ritual

Liminal Harvest

A Fall ritual and community gathering. Over a weekend at Cœur du Mistral, we harvest pomegranates by hand, take stock of what the year has grown, and decide together what to carry forward and what to let go of before winter.

Liminal Harvest

Liminal Harvest is a Fall ritual. As the year closes, we gather to reap what has been sown: to look honestly at the intentions you set months ago and what came of them, and to give thanks for the growth, the effort, and the people behind it.

Picking pomegranates by hand is part of the ritual and part of the point. The work is seasonal, physical, and shared. Alongside the gratitude comes the pruning: naming the beliefs and habits that have quietly stopped earning their place, and deciding what to leave in the old year.

These are short weekend programs at Cœur du Mistral, the physical home of the Liminal work and the Becoming protocol.

A literal and personal harvest

We pick pomegranates by hand, and use the season's work as a way to look at your own: what you set out to do this year, and what it actually yielded.

Gratitude, made specific

Not gratitude in the abstract, but naming the particular people, choices, and effort that shaped your year, out loud, among others doing the same.

Pruning season

As the year turns, we name what has quietly stopped serving you, and decide what to prune so the next season has room.

Marked in company

The reflection happens over shared work and shared meals. Turning the year in company lands differently than doing it alone.
